What is your cancellation policy?
Parents can contact their Speech Pathologist by 8pm the night before their child’s scheduled appointment (by email or phone), and no service fee will be incurred. If an appointment is cancelled on the day that it is scheduled to have taken place, 50% of the service fee may be charged. If an appointment is missed without notice, the full service fee will be charged.
How do I know if my child needs speech therapy?
Parents who have concerns regarding any aspect of their child's communication skills should talk to their child's GP, Maternal and Child Health Nurse, or teacher. However, we are more than happy for parents to call us, and we will answer your questions directly. Parents can self-refer to our practice, a written referral is not required.
